Love your site…used to pour over it daily. Unfortunately your new format is a pain on my iPad. Sorry to miss my morning treat.
Try selecting Classic from the little drop down menu on the left side of the screen. I believe that reverts to the old format.
This is true. I was grateful for the tip in previous posts about selecting "Classic." It made all the diff on my home computer.
A very Yves Saint Laurent color combination. Love it.

Both the Debenham and Rykiel sweaters are beautiful. As for the rest of the color combinations, I'm afraid I am too faint at heart. But I can see someone young, tall, and slender pulling this off.
I love these colour combos and love how you've styled them. I would happily add a number of these articles to my colourful wardrobe. I'm no longer young, and I'm short as well, but these colours do make me happy so I would definitely wear them, and together.

These colors are wonderful, as is the selection of clothes and accessories ;-)
LOVE the color combinations in this set and especially the black/pink skirt.
What a fabulous palette!
I absolutely love the Sonia Rykiel paisley sweater! Now to look for a store in Ontario (Canada) that carries her clothes…
Oooh, how fantastic, especially when the weather is cold, gray and rainy. The Stella McCartney sweater has a "column of color" effect too, I never would have guessed that. I'm obsessed with the CoC idea lately but I'm always worried I'll look like Margaret Warner (of PBS Newshour). I need to google for more modern/French examples, maybe somewhere like the Sartorialist.
Wonderful Janice!! i adore these colours! and very creatively styled too.
Among my most fave of color combos; I have a lot of it in my living room (accent colors/accessories) mixed with dark woods; my addition is also some variations of purple. I've been told it's very Moroccan, sort of the edge of "Mediterranean/Spanish" but, whatever, to my regret I've never been to Spain OR Morocco but I do love the colors…and here's a way to wear them beautifully. Thanks, Janice!
Oooh, this is the painting I suggested! Thank you, Janice – I LOVE this post! I hope this will inspire people to wear hot colors, as they're so cheerful.
Also, I wanted to thank you because your site contributed directly to my most recent (wildly successful) clothing purchase. Thanks to reading you every day, I knew that I wanted to build on a base of indigo. I've also been doing a lot of thinking about the particular shapes that suit my body. The other day I went into Marshall's to get some oven mitts, and I knew in an instant when I saw "my dress" that it would work. It was indigo, it had a deep V neck, fitted bodice, and A-line skirt. So far I have worn it with a pink tweed blazer and then a black ballerina wrap sweater and black tights. Thank you!
I like Mark Rothko's work and what you created inspired by this wonderful, calming painting is artistic as well… beautiful outfits and lovely pieces. Unfortunately, Orange doesn't flatter me at all, but these combinations, especially with Pink, are 'eye candy'. Thank you Janice :-)
So unexpected and so well executed.
I don't like orange since it tends to make me look deathly ill. But I love this wardrobe!!!! I want it.
