Would this form be useful for you as you organize your clusters?
Send me an email (theviviennefiles at gmail dot com) and I’ll send you either the Excel or the PDF document. Just let me know which is better for you – although of course you can have them both…
Happy New Year!
love,
Janice
What a generous and brilliant offer. Thank you.
Although I can see this working for lots of your readers, I'm more visual and less analytic when I organize.
I'm looking forward to seeing how the chart is used by others.
Good idea. I'm about to go on vacation and was organizing my travel wardrobe yesterday. Having a tool like this would make that job easier!
Thank you so much! Happy New Year!
Thanks, it will help to reduce and organize my wardrobe.
Ooo, interesting way to organize! I like it.
This is great; can it be modified so it becomes a organizing and packing tool for travel?
I think it would work well as a packing list – just build as many clusters as you need for the length of your trip. Maybe 2 clusters for 3 or 4 days, three clusters would get you through anything short of a week, and four clusters might get you through an indefinite trip. (with a little bit of laundry!) You'd want to edit shoes and outerwear in order to minimize the volume of your packing, but otherwise it could help you remember the accessories and specific undergarments necessary… Good thinking!
I have sent 2 emails requesting the PDF for clusters and the emails keep bouncing back.
This is fantastic and so nice of you Janice. I'll send you an email right away.

Thank you so much Janice. I have already sent you an email. I think I will be using it to pack for my forthcoming week in London!
Love it. I would use a spreadsheet like that.
Thank you Janice! I've learned so much from your blog.
Thank you! Excellent!
Thankyou so much.
Perfect! Thank you for helping me organize my next traveling outfits This is a great new year gift!
What a great idea! I love the idea of working in clusters! Thank you!
This has been a godsend! I stared at it awhile and fidgeted. Then, it hit me! I needed to start with the hero outer layer, since it's a cold and wet winter where I live and use it as the first column. Then I added a neutral column and everything, and I do mean everything, fell into place. It took me about 5 minutes to organize 12 outfits. Ta Da!!
Summer may be harder since I won't have an outer layer to work with, but right now, I have tasted success and I like it! Theresa
Janice this is one great idea! Thank you so much – email request is on its way. Alison
That's great! I would use that!
thank you. I would love one
I'd like to try your PDF organizer. I like your cluster idea.
I will try to email you for the files in Excel. Can you post this to SkyDrive (public) and leave us a link so we can get it from there. A lot easier than you having to answer all those emails for this wonderful organizational tool.
I like your cluster template from January 2014. I wonder if you would send me an Excell copy? Just to make sure, a PDF as well. My attempts were too cumbersome…yours is perfectly simple.
Thank you.

Hi Janice, I would love a PDF and an Excel version of the document, if still available. Thanks!
