Now that I’m FINALLY getting physical therapy for my bad knee, I’m spending at least a couple of days a week in gym clothes…
I LOVE gym clothes…
And yes, I’m in a very “Julie Vos” mode for jewelry right now. Her earrings sit just right on my ears, and are so comfortable I’ve been known to forget I’m wearing them until I get into bed!
love,
Janice

I have to say I am really enjoying these Sunday posts. I looked up the tan sweater from 4 Objects yesterday, I noticed it from prior posts. Have a good day and thank you so much for all the posts – I so look forward to them.

I just finished PT for a total knee replacement. Not always fun, but glad I did it!

Hope your knee gets better Janice …..but at least you look glam in your gym wear and earrings and why not ! These days the gym wardrobes are fab and we deserve to look great while also being comfortable 👍Xx

Julie Vos only sells gold jewelry. Do you have a shop you like that sells silver or white gold? Good luck with physical therapy; it will make all the difference in the world. Remember to do your at-home exercises, too!! Thank you for your excellent blog posts.

Ross-Simons or Novica are my favorites for silver jewelry. Or anybody at Wolf & Badger! I don’t have a specific destination for silver, and I’m in the market for a pair of amethyst earrings… Valentine’s Day?
love,
Janice

PT professionals are some of the most underrated folks in medicine. They’re magic! I can totally recommend the folks at Shirley Ryan and Andersonville PT – they got me from a wheelchair to dancing again after a car smashed up my leg. Yes, hammer those at-home exercises – we want you happy, healthy and fully mobile out there! 😊. (I just ransacked a whole bunch of your posts to figure out what to do with a lovely long rust jacket that I found on clearance at Macy’s… and as always, you inspired some excellent outfits!)

My mother was at Shirley Ryan after she had a stroke – they were AMAZING. We love them forever…

Good morning!! I’m in agreement with all these positive replies. Great post and I’m happy I found it this morning. As for physical therapy, I so agree that the profession is often not given its due. It always seems that the more you put in, the more you will get back. Ten years ago i was offered a ‘new knee.’ But I wanted to try pt first. Im still on the ‘old’ knee and going strong. So, please keep us posted on your progress and your gym outfits.

Am in agreement with lilbear and joancecile about physical therapists. I’m about to start again with my beloved Molly for a fifth round of PT. Good luck and speedy recovery.
I’m also enjoying the WoW.

Sorry to hear about the knee, but glad you’re getting help.
When I went to PT for my knee, which was very helpful, it was first thing in the morning on my way to work. I wore Athleta Brooklyn pants and they were great for both! Two of the PTs who liked them ended up buying some too.

Love these small WOW capsules with a weeks worth of clothes and accessories. They remind me of the stress dressing capsule that I use within each of my larger project 333 capsules. Perfect for a week in a carryon suitcase. Just pick up and go.

So sorry to hear about your knee, but glad you are going to PT. Unsolicited tip-my knees were hugely swollen and I found the T by Talbots wide leg knit pants to be a good solution. I was able to get them above my knee so he could work on it. They also looked nice enough for a casual lunch out with Hub afterwards. Hope you get relief very soon.
