One very warm day, one very cool day! But my wool dress is suitable for both…

I saw the Hermes scarf on your Instagram post- love it with the cream pullover and the black & gold earrings. That’s such a great fall look- black and cream and rich gold.
Love your vintage brooch. The dress seems very versatile.
Why do you dress like a chubby old nun?
Wow speechless.
Also speechless
Not speechless here, but thoughts best not articulated.
I was gobsmacked, but thought it better to keep my thoughts to myself…

I am enjoying this challenge so much. You are doing an amazing job of making each outfit interesting and unique. I think it forces you to be imaginative.
I tried a similar challenge (along with you) using pants. I found it amazingly freeing. By having the bottom selected every day, it was so much fun to pick a top to coordinate.
What else I’ve learned, is that you really don’t need a big wardrobe if you have individual pieces that can be worn on repeat. Evidently, the fashion industry lied to me. Food for thought.
I second your thoughts, Mary, and have been thinking quite a bit lately about the marketing push in my formative years towards high volume in clothes, which was underpinned by the needs of manufacturers, not my needs and those of other consumers! I wish I’d thought more about it then!
Maybe karen doesn’t realize this is a 100-day challenge to wear a single dress and you chose this black one.
Possible. I do not dress for anybody but myself (not even Belovedest, and that’s saying something!), so insults don’t worry me…
hugs,
Janice
