Dearest Janice,
Please, please rest for as long as you need. Your health must come FIRST!
On the days when you are not posting and I need a Vivienne Files fix, I go to your archives and find beauty galore.
And I am happy. Wishing you a speedy recovery and much rest! Janice Collins Coyle, Washington, DC
Absolutely take the rest you need, Janice. Hope you feel better soon. Pretty sure most of us won’t be going anywhere and will just tune in tomorrow or whenever you feel up to posting.
Rest, rest, rest!! We are all here for you for whenever you post. And as Janice Collins stated, we fans also have the ability to peruse your awesome archives ! I’m learning so much from you re: travel packing, wardrobing, closet organizing, outfit coordination, and your archives are so dang helpful too. You give such great info on how to pull together new outfit combos from existing wardrobe stock, with maybe just a wee bit new purchase or two… :) I might even get by with only a carry-on suitcase and personal item for my upcoming November Viking Riverboat Cruise because of all your helpful guidance/tips ! Thank you so much and take care of yourself !
Oh my dear, my dear! There is something good here today and each day, a whole treasure trove of goodiness for us to read and learn and immerse. You could life off just by revisiting old posts for months and months!
We also can start reading the blog from begining or backward or read the posts from this time last year on our own. There is so much nice to reread. I allways have one wadrobe opened in one tab.
Also the 12 wadrobes that are jammed together each month are put so much thought they deserve their separate posts, so that would be additional 12 posts each year that you could just compile each wadrobe in its own post that would stretch accross the year (you can include wadrobes from previous years)
we are all so fortunate that you do all this creative work for us, how can we not be just purely grateful and appreciative. Now I can look forward to a new post from you, maybe Saturday maybe Sunday all is good.
Rest, relax and nurture your immune system in peace and well being.
I echo everyone’s thoughts above. Rest as much as you need to while you are feeling unwell. Your fans will happily peruse your wonderful archives until you are back. Sending warm thoughts—

Dear Janice,
Please rest and take care of yourself! Take all the time you need. We treasure you, and we will look forward to reading your creative and insightful work whenever you post again. (And yes, we’ll gratefully peruse your archive in the meantime.)
I echo everyone else! I only add my good wishes so you can see how many people want you to take care of yourself! I love the archives and we will be here when you’re ready. Don’t worry and stress!
I feel as though you’re using your precious resting time to log in and ask us to be patient. I can’t imagine anyone is holding you to a schedule… unless you are! When I think of the hundreds of thousands of hours you’ve donated to us for our enjoyment and education, I am thankful but also worried that you can’t take a break without thinking you are letting us down. Please just rest when you need to and don’t feel the need to explain.
We love and appreciate you, Janice. We want you to take the time you need for your health and wellness. If you can keep us posted on your progress, please do. Otherwise, we will work with your amazing archives. We will be here! In fact, there will probably be more of us than before because you are a genius with an amazing heart and your reputation is happily spreading!
Also I’ll be happy to order a new spring dress through one of your links this weekend. My fingers are crossed that soon the weather will warm up enough to wear one!

Please please please rest!
You’re far more important than any post however much you want to create it and however much we will enjoy it.
All that can wait. You matter more to us than your art!
Hugs Janice
