Just when I have established a grey, navy and black assortment, you tempt me with the color combinations I wore all through my younger years (when my hair was dark with auburn highlights.) How I wish I could have my old hair color back. Of course, I can with the help of a stylist, but it wouldn't look "normal." This capsule was terrific.

Love these accessories, but the cool 'common wardrobe' suits me far better. Any idea why 'A common wardrobe' doesn't come up in the labels in the column on the right side of your blog? I was hoping to use this as a reference when I get ready to do my next shopping trip.

Those are some really, really nice combinations of clothes and accessories; so sort of Town & Country, the landed gentry in their fine English-inspired manors away from the noisy, urban center and instead surrounded by rolling hills and a gentle, pastoral landscape, maybe with horse paddocks and riding trails. These sets look sumptuously-rich in quality and taste. (And the colors are so particularly perfect for fall/autumn.) I do love amber jewelry, like lush honey in the light. "Amber" evokes pleasantness in a girl's name, too. I did wear a lightest-tan-bordering-on-cream tank top today (rare for me)…under a black, lightweight jacket with black flats but, for the rest of these gorgeous, earthy tones, I'm a cool-colors girl who can only dream about the warm ones. l
