The most interesting thing I’ve discovered in building four spring break wardrobes is how many items can be worn regardless of one’s age or preferred level of modesty. Every wardrobe has had a striped tee shirt or two, a Chan Luu bracelet, ballet flats, the same white denim skirt, a tote bag, some simple tee shirts, and a cardigan or two. Timeless, indeed!

I want this for my REAL wardrobe. God – I think I'd be happy for life.

Okay, this is exactly what I would feel comfortable in wearing at my age (63). I am in pretty good shape, but few (if any women) of my age want to expose too much skin. I might wear a slightly different style of swimsuit … but otherwise, just perfect.
I also love that you present items, styles and strategies that work across a wide range of ages. I think that skill is unusual. You can really imagine the needs and restrictions of someone else.

Yes, I so appreciate the choices you are showing. So appropriate for those who dislike showing a lot of skin, no matter what their age.

I hope you enjoy making these wonderful travel wardrobes as much as I enjoy looking at–and learning from–them!

For going to a warm-weather resort, I would want more color, brighter color, but as usual, I see how I could adapt your idea to mine with substitutions. Thanks for the four wonderful wardrobes for four different ages/types of women!

I've liked all of these spring break capsules and I've also enjoyed watching them change a bit based on modesty preferences too. I'd love to add those blue and white pieces to my wardrobe!
